Milley Chapter #2 was constituted and dedicated on the 24th of January 1946 as Milley Chapter #23 on the Grand Registry Royal Arch Masons of Nova Scotia. It was sponsored by Shannon Chapter #1 of St. John's, the only Chapter of Royal Arch Masons in the Crown Colony of Newfoundland at the time. It transferred to the Grand Registry of Newfoundland and Labrador in 1994 with the formation of the Grand Chapter Royal Arch Masons of Newfoundland & Labrador.
